Pricing Structure
Performance-Based Model
Our model is performance-based (“no-cure-no-pay”). If your equipment doesn’t generate revenue in a period, there’s nothing to distribute—no fixed fees framed as guaranteed returns.
Net Operational Proceeds
Net Operational Proceeds reflect total computational revenues generated by your equipment less applicable third-party costs and expenses (including energy, pool/transaction fees, and maintenance or repairs attributable to the equipment).
Allocations, Payouts & Term
Allocations, BTC payout timing, any reinvestment mechanics, and the engagement term/notice are finalized during onboarding and documented in your engagement.
